Booking & usage terms

By accessing or using TravLounge’s website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

We provide travel planning, tour packages, bookings, and related services. All services are subject to availability and third-party supplier rules (airlines, hotels, transport providers, etc.).

2. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed only after payment receipt, unless stated otherwise
Prices may change due to taxes, availability, or supplier pricing updates
Advance/partial payments may be required to confirm reservations

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules vary by package and supplier. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after supplier confirmations and deductions as per policy.

4. Traveller Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal and travel information
Ensure passport/visa/documents are valid and sufficient for travel
Comply with laws, customs, and regulations of destinations

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, political issues, strikes, or any events beyond our control. Our liability, if any, is limited to the service fee charged by us for the booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by TravLounge and may not be reused without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Andhra Pradesh.
